How to find the right toner for your copier

Toner that looks right can still be wrong. Similar machines can take different cartridges, so start from the exact model, not from the colour of the box.

Find the model name

The model name is on the front of the machine or on its panel. Write the whole name, for example Ricoh IM C3010.

Find the cartridge reference

The reference is printed on the old cartridge or on its box. If you have it, note it down. A clear photo of either is enough.

  • Which colours have run out: black, cyan, magenta or yellow
  • How many of each you need

Do not guess from the colour or the shape

Cartridges for different models can look the same. Give us the exact model and we confirm the right cartridge for it.

Where do I find my copier's model name?

Can I use toner from a similar machine?

Do not guess. Similar machines can take different cartridges, and each Ricoh model takes its own set of four: black, cyan, magenta and yellow. Give us the exact model and we confirm the right cartridge for it.

Do I have to order all four colours?
